Todd Groundwater's staff is composed of experienced, motivated, and well-qualified geologists, hydrogeologists, engineers, and scientists. Most of our technical staff hold advanced degrees and all senior geologists and engineers are professionally licensed in the state of California as well as in some other states. Our firm and our staff are active in many national and regional professional societies through which we contribute to the advancement of water policy and professional practice.
With an average staff tenure exceeding ten years, we provide our clients with reliable and consistent service for a wide range of water planning, development, management, and protection projects.
